A drunk Seneca Falls woman allegedly drove her car over a sidewalk, narrowly avoiding pedestrians, and onto the front yard of a Swift Street residence.On Saturday, June 29th, 2013 at about 6:47 PM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Tammy L. Ticer, age 41, of 9 Chapel Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for felony aggravated DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and reckless endangerment.The arrest came as a result of a local resident calling the police to report seeing a vehicle driving off of the road and onto thefront yard of a private residence in the Village. Based on the investigation, it was determined that Ticer drove southbound on Swift Street in the northbound lane, almost struck several people standing on the sidewalk and then came to a stop in a front yard.Ticer was operating the vehicle with her license revoked for DWI in 2012 and also charged with having a .18% BAC or higher (felony aggravated DWI), failing to keep right and driving on a sidewalk.Ticer was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000.00 bail. She is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
