On Saurday July 13th 2013 at about 5:30 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kevin M Arndt, age 20, of 34 Bridge Street, Seneca Falls, NY following an investigation into an early morning domestic dispute on Bridge Street. Arndt was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree and was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court by the Hon. Kathy Jans-Duffy and ROR’d. Arndt is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 24th, 2013 at 9:00am.On Sunday July 14th 2013 at about 10:00 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert A Morehouse, age 40, of 2806 Lower Lake Road, Seneca Falls, NY following an investigation into a report of three children left unsupervised on Lower Lake Road. Morehouse was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and was released on an appearance ticket. Morehouse is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 07/18/2013 at 10:00am.On the 14th of July 2013, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dennis M. Scannell, age 51, of 6 Swaby St, Seneca Falls NY, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured around 1:55am on River Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls. Scannell was issued citations and is to appear at the Seneca Falls Town Court on the 8th of August 2013 at 10:00am
