Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Alexander F. Drake-Dobbie, 23, 6847 Wells Hollow Road, Ovid, NewYork following a traffic stop on Route 414 in the Town of Ovid, New York.It is alleged Drake-Dobbie operated a vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested for failure to keep right, Driving while intoxicated and having a BAC of .08 or more. Drake-Dobbie was released to appear in Ovid Town Court on 08-13-13 at 10:00 am.
