On the Saturday, around 1:50 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Andrew Tompkins, age 31, of 5 Heath Street Seneca Falls N.Y. for Harassment in the 2nd degree. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute that occurred at 11:03pm on the 12th of July. It is alleged that Tompkins had struck a female in the face and arm causing minor injuries. Tompkins was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail, $1000 secured bail bond and a class A order of Protection was put in place.
