On Monday at about 7:17 PM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Ralph J. Garafalo Jr., age 56, of 429 West Main Street for petit larceny. It is alleged that Garafalo entered D&M Grocery on Swift Street and stole two 24 oz. Bud Light Lime-A-Rita beer cans from a beverage Refrigerator in the back of the store.Garafalo is to appear on 8/7/13 in the Waterloo Village Court to answer to the charge.
