On July 6th, at approximately 2:55 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel A. Tusch, age 45, of Fall Street in Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.This arrest stems from an incident on May 27th, 2013 where Tusch is alleged to have applied pressure to another individuals neck causing him to pass out during an altercation.Tusch was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 14th, 2013 at 9:00am.
