Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joel D. Handley, 19, Oakridge Road, Auburn and Nicholas M Garuccio, 19, Stryker Avenue, Auburn.Handley was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired Drugs, Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th and two counts of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th. Garuccio was charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the 7th degree. The arrests resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 318 in the Town of Seneca Falls in which both Handley and Garuccio were found to be in possession of a large quantity of marihuana and various other controlled substances. Both were arraigned in Fayette Town Court and released to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 07-25-13 at 9:00 AM
