On Wednesday afternoon, at about 2:30 pm, in the area of 498 Exchange Street, Geneva City Police Department & members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a six month investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in various locations in the City of Geneva by a 26 year old Geneva man.Police arrested Willie D. McKoy, Jr., age 26, of Lyceum Street/ Exchange Street in Geneva, NY.McKoy was charged with 1 Count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, A Class B Felony as the subject sold crack cocaine over a period of several months in 2013, in the City of Geneva.Crack Cocaine and an amount of US Currency were seized as part of the investigation.Willie D. McKoy Jr. was held awaiting arraignment. Additional charges are expected.
