Seneca Falls Police Beat for 6/29

Seneca Falls PD arrested Mark M. Mazzoli, age 49, formerly of 7 1/2 Clinton St, Seneca Falls following a domestic dispute on 6-24-13 at about 10:30pm. Mazzoli was charged with Harasment in the 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree (Felony). Mazzoli was arraigned in Town of Waterloo Court by the Hon. Judge Folk and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond.On June 27th 2013 at 8:33pm Seneca Falls Police arrested April C. Ward, age 23, of 5 Heath Street Apartment 5 Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. This arrest resulted from a complaint of a female yelling and screaming out of control in her apartment. Ward was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 11th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer her charges.On June 22nd 2013 at 10:50pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael S. Converse, age 22, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 145 Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and No Seat belt. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop in which Converse is alleged to have not been wearing his seat belt while in operation of a motor vehicle. Converse was issued two uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 27th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charges.On June 27th 2013 at 10:58pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Debbie L. Wormuth, age 51, of 52 Rumsey Street Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Driving While Intoxicated, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, and No Headlights. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop after a complaint was taken that there was an eratic driver operating without headlights on Rumsey Street in Seneca Falls. Wormuth was arraigned in Tyre Town Court in front of Justice Duffy where she was released to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 10th, 2013 at 9:00am for her next hearing.On the 25th of June 2013, around 7:40pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mark E. Plate 25 Of 26 Chapin Street Seneca Falls NY. The arrest stemed from a domestic dispute that occurred in a parking lot of a local business. It is alleged that Plate had struck a female in the face. The female sustained minor injuries to her face and was treated and released. Plate was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree and 3 Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a child. Plate was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was released and has to re-appear on the 10th of July at 9:00am.
