Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes, the hospice home planned on Marshall Road, Fayette, is seeking requests for proposals (RFP) for renovations to the building.Tentative plans call for construction of an addition to the west side of the building and renovating the interior. Qualified firms are being asked to provide construction management and architectural and engineering support for design built renovations and addition, including site, electrical, mechanical, roofing, flooring, insulation, glazing, doors and hardware. Pathway Home member volunteers will perform supervised demolition and painting. It is anticipated of some building materials will be donated.A pre-bid meeting is scheduled July 11, 2 p.m., at the home, 1530 Marshall Road, Waterloo. RFP packages, including existing blueprints and proposed renovations, will be available that day or in advance by request. The proposal due date is Aug. 15. Proposals should be sent to Pathway Home, P.O. Box 516, Seneca Falls, NY 13148-0516.
