FLTG moves into new corporate headquarters

Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. (www.fltg.com) has moved into its new corporate headquarters at 7890 Lehigh Crossing in Fishers, N.Y. FLTG now is operating out of its new 22,500 square-foot facility, the first tenant in the brand-new Lehigh Crossing Business Park. Bluestone Creek Development LLC, a joint venture of Gallina Development Corporation and Morrell Commercial, entered into a long-term lease with FLTG for the office building, on Lot 3 of Lehigh Crossing. The new, state-of-the-art building features such amenities as advanced audio-visual solutions, Cisco equipment, a training center, a cafe, a wellness center and an outside patio area for employees. Seventy-five employees, including some staff from the Phelps office, are now working at the new facility. A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new building will take place in early August. “Our entire company is excited about moving into our new headquarters,” said Paul H. Griswold, president and CEO, Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. and Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies. “With this new facility, we are poised to take advantage of new business growth, while remaining located in the Finger Lakes region we have served for more than 100 years.” FLTG’s new headquarters was made possible, in part, through a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) agreement between Bluestone Creek Development and the Ontario County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA). Groundbreaking on FLTG’s new headquarters took place in October 2012. Other offices of FLTG and its parent companies in Buffalo, Phelps, Romulus and Trumansburg remain operational.
