Rochester man arrested for crack sale in W’loo

On Friday night at about 9:38 pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Christopher L. Moore, 23, of 91 Weeger Street, Rochester, New York, on several charges following an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Town of Waterloo. It is alleged that Moore sold crack cocaine to another person while in the Town of Waterloo. While Sheriff’s Investigators and members of the Uniform Road Patrol took Moore into custody, a quantity of crack cocaine was also located in his possession. While Moore was in custody, it is further alleged that Moore attempted to swallow a quantity of cocaine to conceal it from police. Moore was charged with:Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B FelonyCriminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B FelonyCriminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree, Class D FelonyTampering with Physical Evidence, Class E Felony Moore was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $75,000 cash bail/$100,000 secured bond. Moore is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on June 25th, 2013 at 10:30am. The New York State Police and the Waterloo Police Department assisted in the investigation and arrest.
