On June 21st, 2013, at about 1:00pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested David B. Hagen, 57, of 350 Waterloo/Geneva Road, Apartment One, Waterloo, New York, on several charges following an investigation into illicit drug sales in the Town of Waterloo.Sheriff’s Investigators and members of the Uniform Road Patrol executed a search warrant at Hagen’s apartment and a quantity of percocet and marihuana were seized. Sheriff’s Investigators also seized a digital scale commonly used to weigh controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and an imitation pistol. It is further alleged that Hagen sold marihuana in the Town of Waterloo.Hagen was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, Criminal Sale of Marihuana in the fifth degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Additional charges may be pending.Hagen was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000/$10,000 secured bond. Hagen is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on June 27th, 2013 at 5pm.
