Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Madalyn Gaylord, age 16, of State Route 96A, Romulus on Friday for one count of Harassment in the 2nd Degree.The charge stems from an incident where it is alleged Gaylord on June 20th 2013 at about 2:15 pm physically struck an employee at a residential facility located in the Town of Varick.Gaylord was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Varick Court on July 10th 2013 to answer the charges.
