On Thursday, Seneca County Sheriff Deputies investigated a personal injury ATV accident at a residence in the Town of Junius. An ATV driven by Joshua E. Feiock, age 22, of Canal St. in Lyons, struck Frank G. Phillips, age 75, of Hogback Road in Savannah. Philips was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and Junius Fire Department for chest pain. Philips was flown via Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital for further treatment. Feiock was not injuried. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Assisting at the scene was NY State Police, Junius Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
