A Geneva woman and her 10-year-old son were hospitalized Monday afternoon after a head on crash with a dump truck in the Town of Seneca, Ontario County.Kay E. Christiansen, age 48, of Geneva was driving north on Route 14A when she veered into the southbound lane where her car collided with an oncoming dump truck at about about 1:50 pm.Christiansen was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital with a head injury and was listed in satisfactory condition this morning. Her two sons, age 10 and 8, were also in the car. The 10-year-old suffered a minor injury and was also taken to Strong where he was treated and released.The dump truck driver, David J. Rice, 27, of Wayland, Steuben County, was uninjured.
