Saturday June 15 at approximately 2:48 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Timothy P. Abell age 34, of Fall Street in Seneca Falls. Abell was charged with Failure to keep right, DWI and operation of a motor vehicle with BAC >.08%. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Rumsey Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.Abell was released on tickets to appear in SF Town Court on 07/11/13 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
