Waterloo Police Department and the Seneca County Welfare Fraud Investigators arrested Zachary R. Eggleston, age 20, of Walnut St. in Seneca Falls on four counts of Welfare Fraud in the 5th degree. Eggleston is accused on misusing and/or allowing the misuse of his public benefits at a Village of Waterloo business on four separate occasions during the early part of April 2013. Eggleston was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $1500/$3000 bail.
