Seneca County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Timothy D. Sullivan, age 53, of 53 Leicester St., Apt 3, of Perry, NY on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Sullivan was arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash, $1000 bail bond. Sullivan is to reapear on 07/10/13 at 1100 hrs. Original charges stem from DWAI, Open container in Motor Vehicle and Faliure to Keep Right, Sullivan failed to appear on his original court date of 05/30/13 at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
