Penn Yan police, fire and ambulance services responded to a personal injury motor-vehicle accident at the intersection of Liberty St. and Elm St. in the Village of Penn Yan on Thursday morning.A Keuka College student, Ivy Wilburn, was turning north on Liberty Street from Elm when she struck a vehicle driven by Kristina Lenhart of Mexico, NY who was westbound on Elm Street.Lenhart and an adult passenger riding in the front seat complained of chest pain from the seatbelt and airbag which deployed. Both were transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for treatment. Also, two bask seat passengers were sent to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital to be chevked over.Ivy Wilburn was uninjured in the accident and was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
