On Monday, Reginald D. Boykins, age 32 of Rochester, was found guilty of criminal sale of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both Class B felonies.In August 2012, Boykins was arrested for selling crack cocaine in the Village of Penn Yan. He was convicted of these charges by a jury in Yates County Court.Boykins was sentenced as a persistent felon and received a 15 year to life prison sentence.Boykins was remanded to the Yates County Jail until he can be transported to a state prison.
