On Thursday June 6th, 2013 at approximately 9:30 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Richard M. Yasher, age, 23, and Ross C. Reynolds, age 22 of Auburn Road.Yasher and Reynolds were charged with petit larceny and unlawful possession of personal identification information in the third degree following an investigation where the two used a residents credit card information to make unauthorized purchases.Both were processed and released on appearance tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 13th,2013 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
