On Wednesday night at 10:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an ATV accident on Miller Rd in the Town of Fayette.A 4-Wheeler being operated by Ernest M Martin, age 37 of Waterloo was southbound on Miller Rd when it left the roadway and overturned. Martin, the lone occupant on the ATV, sustained injuries and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Mercy Flight. Assisting at the scene was North Seneca Ambulance and the Waterloo Fire Department. The accident is still under investigation.
