On May 20th, 2013 at approximately 2:30 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Doris M. Bennett, age 76, of 706 Carner Road, Lot 5, Port Byron, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree following a traffic stop.Bennett is accused of a operating a motor vehicle while her license privileges were suspended. She was also charged with Speeding and released on traffic tickets.She is to appear in court on 05/30/13 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
