0n Sunday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a personal motor vehicle accident that occurred on 96A in the Town of Fayette south of Leader Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Helen L. Foreman, age 59, of Rt 96A, Geneva, NY was attempting to make a left hand turn into a driveway on Rt 96A, when a vehicle driven by Tyler J. Seidel, age 21, of Rt 96, Romulus, NY struck her vehicle from behind.Both vehicles were traveling southbound at the time of the accident. Foreman was treated at the scene for back pain by North Seneca Ambulance, a passenger in Foreman vehicle Aleisha L. Young, age 25, of Rt 96A, Geneva, NY was also treated for back pain. Both were transported from the scene by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for further treatment.Seidel was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and flown via Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital for chest pain.The accident is still under investigation.Assisting at the scene was the Varick Fire Department, North Seneca Ambulance and South Seneca Ambulance.
