The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 06-01-13 at 0643, Deputies arrested Christopher M. Knell, 21, of 3619 West Ave., Interlaken, NY. Knell was charged with DWI, Operating with a BAC .08% or higher, Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd and Operating out of class.The charges stem from a civilian complaint which indicated Knell to have been operating a vehicle at a high rate of speed in the Village of Interlaken.During the investigation deputies discovered the vehicle did not belong to Knell.Knell was released on appearance tickets and is to appear before the Town of Covert court June 10th to face court action.
