On the 19th of May 2013 around 10:36pm at 1622 Black Brook Rd, Seneca Falls, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Michael S. Lowery, age 50, of 49 Ave Geneva NY, and Daniel P. Briggs, age 27, of 8606 Helch Road, Phelps NY for Harassment and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.It is alleged that on the 19th of May 2013 around 9:30pm, Lowery and Briggs entered a residence on Black Brook road and made physical threats in front of children to the homeowner.Lowery was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree and two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a child, Briggs was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree. Both were processed and released. Lowery and Briggs are to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 13th of June 2013.
