The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested three individuals shortly after a 2:40 am Burglary on May 23rd at a Fall Street business. Police charged two juvenile males, ages 14 and 12, as well as Jeremy A. Capron, age 18, of W. Bayard Street in Seneca Falls with the following charges: Burglary in the Second Degree (Class C Felony), Grand Larcey in the Fourth Degree (Class E Felony), Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree (Class E Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree (Class E Felony), Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.Capron, who is also on probation, was additionally charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that the three males forced entry into a Fall Street business and stole property valued at over $3000 including a firearm.All of the stolen property, including the firearm, were recovered during the investigation.The juveniles cases are to be handled in Family Court and Capron was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility following arraignment in Seneca Falls Town Court.SFPD was assisted by the Seneca Co.
