The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on May 17, 2013 at 5:30 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ronald G Smith Jr, age 50 of St Rt 89 Ovid, NY for Criminal Tampering 3rd degree.It is alleged that Smith tampered with the property of a female during a domestic dispute.Smith was arraigned at the Town of Ovid Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 secured bond. He is to reappear on June 11, 2013.A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the female.
