Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Kevin A. Bradley, 45, no permanent address, on two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, Class E Felonies on Thursday morning..The charges stem from an incident where Bradley was found to be in possession of another person’s debit cards when he was being processed in the Seneca County Correctional Facility after being arrested on a Seneca County Family Court warrant.Bradley was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Bradley is to reappear in th e Romulus Town Court on May 24th, 2013 at 10:30am. Bradley is currently incarcerated in the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
