On May 8th, 2013 @ 10:02 AM, Seneca Falls Town Police arrested Timothy J. Frear, age 23, of Village Boulevard North Baldwinsville.Police charged Frear with Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.Frear allegedly had stolen laptop computers from a local business in December of 2012. It was further alleged that Frear cut security tethers to the computers allowing him to remove them from the business.Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Justice Joyce Mahoney and the matter was transferred to the Seneca County Grand Jury. Frear is currently being held in Onondaga County.
