On May 11th, 2013 at 1:39 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeffrey M. David, age 30, of North Huron Street in North Rose for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, and Open Container.This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 5 / Cayuga Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.David was arraigned in Fayette Town Court in front of Justice Sapio where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash bail, $10,000 insurance bond. David is to appear in Fayette Town Court on May 15th, 2013 at 6:00pm for his next hearing.
