On Wednesday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Casey J. Monahan, age 28, of Strang Road, Junius, NY on an Arrest Warrant. The Warrant was issued as a result of a domestic violence incident that occurred at the Strang Road address on Wednesday evening at approximately 8:45amIt is alleged that Monahan was involved in a physical altercation with a 25 year old female. Monahan was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, and Harassment 2nd degree. Monahan was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail on $3,000.00 cash bail or $6,000.00 Bond.He is due to reappear in the Junius Town Court on May 16, 2013.
