On Sunday, May 5th, 2013 at about 3:30 am, the Waterloo Police Department responded to a report of a half-naked male subject screaming in a parking lot behind 29 West Main Street in the Village.After police located the male and was able to take him into custody, he was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, indecent exposure and harassment 2nd.The male, who was later identified as Chad H. Weigand, age 20 of Waterloo-GenevaRoad, in Waterloo, was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance.He is to appear at a later date to answer to these charges.
