Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested and charged Eric Lee Bradley, 22 of Burrows Street, Rochester, on a charge of Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree, a class D Felony.It is alleged that while being detained in the Seneca County Correctional Facility for the US Marshall’s service, Bradley was found to be in possession of a home made shank made. The shank was discovered during a search by correction officers of Bradley. Bradley was arraigned before Town Justice Gruele and was released back to the correctional facility pending a court appearance on 05-24-13. Bradley was returned to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he continues to be held for the US Marshal’s Service.
