Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators with the Seneca County Welfare Fraud unit arrested Joseph D Wikoff, age 47 of West Seneca Street in Interlaken, for four counts of Welfare Fraud in the third degree and one count Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.The arrest stems from Wikoff allegedly failing to report wages that he had received from jobs that he was performing. These offenses occurred between January of 2012 and October 2012. Wikoff was arraigned before Village Justice Mattoon and was ROR’D until June 5th at 9:00 am.
