Seneca Sheriff charges Perry man with DWAI

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports on April 27, 2013 around 9:53 pm, Deputies arrested Timothy D. Sullivan age 53 of Leicester Street, Perry, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired, Drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, and Failed to Yield Right of Way at a yield sign.The charges stem from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls where Sullivan failed to yield the right of way at a yield sign when merging onto State Route 414 nearly running into a marked Sheriff’s Patrol Vehicle.Sullivan was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 30, 2013 to answer to the charges.
