On March 11, 2013 at 8:00 am Geneva police officers responded to a report of a burglary that occurred at an office in the 1 Franklin Square Building on the third floor. Upon arrival, officers learned that entry had been made into the law office on the third floor of the complex. Unknown items had been moved, with nothing reported missing at this time. Upon review of hundreds of hours of video it was revealed that the attached male entered said building floor on March 8th at approximately 4:15 pm. The suspect entered the law office through a wall for an unknown reason. The suspect pictured below is wanted for questioning in relation to the entry and Burglary of 1 Franklin Square.
