Two drunk on motorcycles w/ no helmets in Penn Yan

On Wednesday evening, Penn Yan police arrested two men after a civilian complaint of two men operating a motorcycle without a helmet on McKinley Avenue in Penn Yan.Arrested and charged were:Joshua Woodworth, age 22 of Burdett, NY. Woodworth was charged with DWI, criminal mischief 4th, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration, improper plates, operating in violation of restrictions, and refusal of a breath screening test after he actively resisted police during the arrest and while in custody.Joseph Dorsey Jr., age 19 of Penn Yann, NY. Dorsey was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, felony DWI, improper plates, operating without insurance, and no protective helmet.Woodworth was arraigned in Jerusalem Town Court and committed to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond.Dorsey was arraigned in Jerusalem Town Court and committed to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash and $4,000 bond.Both are scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court on 4/29/13.
