The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on April 25, 2013 at 10:45 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Thomas K Neal, age 55 of Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with BAC greater that .08% and Failure to Keep Right. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a tractor trailer motor vehicle accident that occurred on State Route 414 in the Town of Junius. Deputies responded to the report of a tractor trailer off the roadway.Upon further investigation it was discovered that the operator Thomas Neal was in an intoxicated state.Neal was arraigned at the Junius Town Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 secured bond. He is to reappear on May 16, 2013.
