The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy M. Law, age 19 of State Route 89 in Seneca Falls, and Jordan P. Reukauf, age 19 of County Road 132a in Ovid, for Criminal Mischief 3th, a class E Felony. The charges stem from a vandalism investigation at the Hernon Park on First Street in Willard.It is alleged that Law and Reukauf went to the park on April 5th and intentionally did damage to a covered pavilion. They are accused of tearing down electrical wiring and conduit as well as damaging outlets and a service panel. Estimate of damages are in excess of $500.00.Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in Romulus Town Justice Court at a later date.
