Penn Yan Police arrested John P. Fadden, age 39, of 58 Keuka Estates for failing to register his address within ten days under the NYS Sex Offender Registry.Fadden was living at 100 McKinley Avenue, Apartment 117 in Penn Yan for more than ten days while having a registered address in Rochester, NY.Fadden was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail without bail.
