On 04/11/13 at approximately 1:17 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested William J. Bos, age 23, of 2586 Hamilton Street, Weedsport, NY for DWI following an investigation of a reported larceny. Police were notified of a larceny that occurred within the town and that the suspect fled in a vehicle heading westbound on Route 5 and 20.Police were given a description of the vehicle and the suspect vehicle was located in a town business parking lot with the stolen property inside the vehicle.Further investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle, Bos, to be intoxicated at the scene and was charged after failing field sobriety tests. The property was recovered and returned to the owner, who declined to press charges.Bos refused to submit to a chemical test and was arraigned on the above charge in Junius Town Court before Judge Laird. He was ROR’d and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/24/13 at 11:00 a.m. to answer the charge. Waterloo Police assisted in theinvestigation and arrest.
