On April 18th 2013 at 10:00 am Seneca Falls Police arrested James M. Mahaney age 42 of Garden St. in Seneca Falls for Unlawful imprisonment and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from a domestic incident.Mahaney was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was held on $1000 cash bail $2000 bail bond. Mahaney is scheduled to return to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 24th 2013 at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
