The Waterloo Police Department arrested Sandra L. Kise age 46 of East Main Street in Waterloo for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Kise stole money from a Village of Waterloo resident while Kise was working as a home health aid for the victim.Kise was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where she was released. Kise is to re-appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on May 15, 2013 at 9 AM to answer the charge.A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
