On Monday at 11:44 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Jonathan A. Preston, age 29, of Waterloo-Geneva Road in Waterloo and charged him with two counts of rape in the second degree.It is alleged that Preston had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old female two times during March of 2013 in Seneca Falls.Arraignment was before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. Preston was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail / $20,000.00 secure bond. Preston is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 17th at 2:00 pm to further answer the charges.A stay away order of protection was issued by the court.
