Penn Yan Police arrested four individuals this past weekend in connection to an ongoing investigation into the sale of controlled substances in the Village of Penn Yan.Arrested and charged were:Jeremiah M Berch, age 27 of Bennett St. in HornellSarah L. Clark, age 31 of Carpenter Lane in Penn Yan.Cory R. Roth, age 20, of Assembly Ave. in Keuka Park.Aaron J. Joyce, age 33, of Outlet Road in Penn Yan.The individuals were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance, all felonies. Also, Roth and Joyce were charged with 1 count of criminal sale of a controlled substance bear school grounds.Berch, Clark and Roth are all accused of possessing and selling heroin on several different dates while Joyce is accused of selling hydrocodone.All four subjects were arraigned in Yates County Court on Monday and committed to the Yates County Jail to reappear with bail set at between $15,000 and $20,000 cash.
