On April 7th, 2013 around 8:20 pm, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Luis R. Diaz 30, of Wadsworth Street Geneva NY, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree.The arrest stems from a complaint that was made in the Seneca Falls Walmart Parking lot where Diaz was observed consuming a alcoholic beverage inside the parked vehicle. Diaz had told police that he had operated the vehicle and that he did not have a drivers license.Diaz was issued traffic tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Consuming Alcohol inside a Vehicle, and Unlicensed Operator.Diaz is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on the April 25th, 2013 at 10:00am. Diaz was then transferred over to the City of Geneva Police Department due to an active warrant.
