On April 8th, 2013 around 12:35am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Heidi Neville 40, of Genesee St. Auburn NY, for Petit Larceny. Neville was observed stealing over $800.00 worth of merchandise from the Seneca Falls Walmart Super Center around 12:15 am on April 8th, 2013.Neville then attempted to flee from Walmart and was stopped by police on State Route 318 in the Town of Seneca Falls.Neville was arraigned at Junius Town Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is to re-appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on April 24th, 2013 at 9:00am. Additional charges are pending.
