Four from Geneva arrested on drug charges

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 04/02/13 around 7:45pm Deputies arrested Alex M. Deyulio age 17 of Carter Road in Geneva for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Also arrested was Trae M. Kent age 17 of Castle St. in Geneva for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and David J. Principio age 17 of Middle St. in Geneva for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.The charges stem from a traffic stop on State Route 96A in the Town of Waterloo where it was discovered that they were all in possession of marijuana. Deyulio was also in possession of an amphetamine prescription medication that was not prescribed to him.All three suspects were issued appearance tickets and are to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on 05/09/13 to answer the charges.
